Staff were very friendly and helpful, even with our 1am arrival from the airport. They were happy to hold our bags after checkout to allow us more time in the city before leaving for Chopin airport. The room was very comfortable with good quality furnishings. Bus service from outside takes you close to Old and New Town, and connects to the Chopin airport bus (40 min journey in total). Folk Gospoda across the road is an excellent restaurant and there's a good cafe round the corner for coffee .
all reviews » I had accommodation at JM Apart Hotel on my business trip. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and big rooms, the location in the center. Talking about the view from the 24th floor was amazing. Breakfast was good. On my way to breakfast I stoped at the front desk and I have requested an iron. By the time I finished the breakfast I had it in my room together with the ironing board. I liked it very much and I`ll definitely stay there next time. I liked everything, especially the staff, very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is good and reasonably priced, cheaper and better than many restaurants in the city. The decor throughout is warm and welcoming. Maintained to a high standard and very clean. Located within walking distance of the Old City. Exceptional value for money, I thoroughly recommend this hotel for business trips or family holidays. The hotel was clean with fast lifts Also quiet sound proufed rooms and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel resturant served excellent evening meals with great prices and good service. Breakfast choice excellent. Not to far to walk to central area once we found our bearings. The tour bus stop was just about 5mins walk away at the uprising museum.Lovely high standard hotel for the price. Beautiful hotel with stunning views on the city.it had a luxurious and spacious feel to it,there was also a kettle and facilities so a nice homey chill out feel to it. This wast the second time that I have stayed in this hotel. I was late to reach the hotel and my room was rebooked. They hosted me in JM apartment. It was great surprise for me. Apartment was clean, silent and comfortable. Great hotel, about 20 min by foot to the city centre. Our room was very big en clean. We loved the view from the 25th floor. We had a brilliant breakfast near the hotel (about 2 min walk) for only 5 euro (for 2 persons). Kind and helpful receptionists. Great location near to the city centre. There was a loud noise every morning of a squeaking door at 8:30.the shower was blocked so we couldn't be too long in it.we had a bargain price but I wouldn't pay more for it than we did.I.E.-lower than £40 :-). Drilling and hammering at 7.45 in the morning! A big no no... Staff could be more friendly and attentive. Why don't they smile? The two access doors to the hotel are confusing - both have a red carpet in front but only one is open - what's the point? Open both or remove the surplus carpet. I can't find a fault with this Hotel. The shower did not work properly, I guess they should check the facilities in the rooms more often. breakfast to expensive. The mattress was harder than I would like to have. If it was for leisure, hotel is a bit far away from old town, takes about 30 mins to walk to, although there are buses and trams but they only have everything in Polish. Although stated WiFi was available in the room it did not work and we had to go down to the lobby. Other guests had the same problem. There was no apparent effort to fix the problem during our 2 day stay. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. No negatives . it wasnt cleaned properly (small things, but still...). Breakfast is too expensive - 10€ per person. It was far walking distance from the old town, although taxis are very cheap so you can always get there by car. They are very strict with the check-in time. They didn't even controlled if our room was already available or not, they just said we cannot get in before 14:00. - не разговаривают по русски/украински - хотелось бы чище в номере **** - уборка каждый день но на 4 из 5. they have a pre-authorizathion system for the payment, which is stupid (practically you need to have at least twice the amount of the bill on your card, otherwise your payment will be refused in the end, because you might have insufficient funds (2x the bill)). they should charge at once at check-in (if they dont trust you), or let you pay in the end, without using this payment system imported from China. A few minor points ... the shower was not fantastic and there were no ironing facilities in the room. The fact that the apartments are located outside the main building of the hotel which obliges customer to cross a street or underground parking to access breakfast room. Nothing. The location isn't great, but cabs are located right outside the hotel at all times. strange process of payment: the sum is exposed not for accommodation all the time, but for every night separately. Wireless was very problematic! Staff and quality of service is not on 4 star level, but comfort and price compensate this. believe me always ask for soundproof room! :). Nothing. really. It was way too hot for me. I was trying to regulate a temperature in the room but it kept jumping back to the original temperature after a minute. During my previous stay I called the reception twice asking staff to regulate the temperature. I was told that a handyman will do it but he didn't s I gave up this time. I had a very disturbed sleep because the room was too warm, stuffy and the windows didn't open. cheap cosmetics in bathroom, low pressure of water in bathroom, cheap bathroom interior. no bathtube, just shower. no minibar. loud aircon... the breakfast didnt have much choice and was expensive. They forget to clean our room one day, there could be a bigger fridge and knife and forks in the room. Internet connection broke up at night and we had to move to another room. The shower drain got clogged and it stayed like that even after somebody "fixed" it. A receptionist kept addressing only me even though we were two people there. It wasn't nice. No safe deposit box in the room. Jumping wifi, light switch (you nave to turn off each lamp separately). Nothing.
