Location is not 100 percent ideal; although public transport is available, it takes quite some time to get to other parts of the city, so often one has to take the taxi.
That keys had to be picked up at different location which is not close, so you need to take a taxi.
it wasn't pleasant that keys need to be taken and given in other building which is not close.
chek-in process was not good . first i most go to vision group office !!!! the tower has information desk & another group ( platinum apartments ) put room keys on this area . but i must go to another place for take the keys !!!.
Nothing.....but... may be....no dishwasher...
TV set did not work well. Hard to set the satelite receiver.

A security deposit of 1000 PLN is required for bookings up to 14 nights and PLN 2000 for longer stays. It is pre-authorised (blocked) on the credit card that is used to make the booking. The security deposit is refunded following an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on the banking institution, it may take 2 to 4 weeks for this amount to be refunded to the credit card.

Please note that VISIONAPARTMENTS Warsaw has no reception and check in is done at Vision Apartments' office located in 81 Jerozolimskie Avenue, which is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. If arriving outside reception opening hours, on weekends or on the same day as the booking, please contact VISIONAPARTMENTS Warsaw to arrange check-in and key collection.
