Despite some minor problems beforehand, which in no case deduce the general impression of ours on the accommodation, I find the place great, stylish, clean and comfy, which all adds to the impressions one has on the city. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is a free Wi-Fi that is fast and easy to access. The modern design pleases the eyes. all reviews » The manager gave us a call in the morning...when we arrived he welcomed us personally and supported us we lots of information about the city and tourist attractions. Our appartment was exactly like in the pictures on booking. The appartment is situated in a private residence tower with concierge. A special plus was the shopping mall, including a discount grocery store, that is situated in the ground floor of the of the towers. Its possible to excess the mall directly from the apartment, so it's. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Personally came to meet us in the building's lobby to check us in. He also took a few minutes to give us a map as well as advice on where to go, good places to eat, which trams to take, ect. We saved hours navigating the city because of the simple gesture. He also spoke perfect English. The place itself was gorgeous. The kitchen appliances were all brand new and the TV had English stations like the BBC. We had a great time in Warsaw. Excellent accommodation and location. Located directly opposite to the Hilton. Professional and friendly personal reception by rental agency management. The only thing which one has to think about, I mean those who do not travel by car, is the location. Although it is still in central Warsaw, one has to take a bus or a taxi from and to the Central Railway Station and/or to the old town and the shopping areas in town, otherwise it will be quite a long walking training. Actually, 'Country 2 Country' is not separate hotel, this is just several rooms in the 'Platinum Towers' hotel, which belong to small private company. A continental breakfast, which is proposed in buffet of first floor, is very poor, sandwiches are not fresh (yesterday cooking), hard for teeth. A bit far from the old or new town. Took us about a 20-30 minute walk, depending where we were going. We did not mind the walk at all, but it may not be for everybody. There are buses nearby which we did not use. Quality of furnitures is not the best but it is acceptable. Not in the center of town, you will have to take public transport or taxi (but appartement is quite close to tram & bus station, and taxi is cheap). Surprising was lack of dishwashing machine and oven in Kitchen. No air conditioning - I think this could be hot in the summer. Ran out of toilet paper Hallways due for some paint. Location hard to find & then waiting to get access & parking wasn't straightforward. Flat was not clean. Had to complain for the second night - then everything was fixed. Dirty windows, sticky floor, sprouting barriers at the parking gate.
