The hotel was warm and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The food in hotel dining room was amazing. Everything was pretty much perfect and would definitely recommend to my family and friends. A comfortable hotel having a great restaurant area with good mountain views. Has a good location in Longyearbyen, being the base for Arctic cruises. Comfortable hotel in scenic location. Excellent breakfast included in room rate.
