The staff were very helpful and friendly. We asked for directions and the receptionist actually took us there in his free time! Amazing!. staff were excellent . very helpful at all times .we will stay again 10/10. The room was fantastic. and the breakfeast with really really good. Very convinient and excellent price. The rooms were very old and there was writing on the wall in the hotel room as well as a large water mark on the floor in the hotel room, I thought that the rooms would have been of a better standard.Room heating system is very noisy and cannot be switched of in the room. no heating first night so i was sitting in my hat and coat, rest of the stay the heating was minimal, a very old system unfortunately.Simply every, the hotel is too old, never renovated since ages, unclean at all, even bed cover not being changed which I hated most, more over, the hotel debited my card 3 times the value agreed on letsbookhotel.com mistakely and after shouting at them, they faxed visa to restore the amount back again, on the other hand, they were allowing some car to park in front of hotel, and refused to allow me to keep it even for 5 minute to change my clothes and come back, simply double standard.
