Excellent hotel chain, freindly helpful and great breakfast ( just make sure its included in room price as not clear ) breakfast every day till 11.30am and Sunday 12.00 and they have a lazy checkout on Sunday at 17.00 hrs.... buses every 10 mins to station or city centre... great hotel... easy to reach - calm neighbourhood - close to town center. restaurant food was interesting and well-presented.

The reservation of booking.com clearly stated that breakfast was not included in our reservation. Two things are bad. Wireless internet is not included you need to pay a crazy amount of money (22euros/day) if you want to use it. Also the bar is crazy expensive.I travel aprox one week per month and this is the second time i have used a NH hotel. I have two items which i did not like , 1. car parking is very expensive, 2. Both the Gym and Sauna areas are charged additionally at a cost of 10 euro each area each time you use, thus 20 euro / day, this is not clear when booking and would cause me to avoid this hotel in future. They have asked me for a quarantee for the services I might be using but inside the room there was not even a refrigerator with a refreshment or sthg. too far from centre, nothing around this area - this was not clear from the hotel description. Hotel made an incorrect room allocation (re smoking) and blamed booking.com for not sending the information through. Rooms are a bit dated. 30 mins walk to city centre, but regular bus service available.here in maastricht the word included means that the hotel can provide it, not that it is inclusive in the price. Expect to pay alot for water, food and anything else like internet and workout facilities. By the way, watch out when the staff says that breakfast is included, the hotel will charge at the end no matter what the staff tells you, always go by the original contract online. When going to a 4 star hotel and using facilities like a whirlpool or sauna it shoudl be included in the price of the room, this was not described any where on their site or on yours...hotel situated in a 'desert' area / too far from downtown city sauna, jacuzi, bathclothing, etc had to be paid for... € 20 for having just a sauna / should be 'free' for use or at least stipulated in the brochure of the hotel. Quality of the breakfast is going down. The number of served products is considerably less than a few months before, but the price is going up.The service. We had to wait for our room to be ready for 1 1/2 hours and which was at 5.30 in the evening. We were with a Baby which is not easy. It was very poor.
