The little executive bathroom package that contains miniture toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc is so cute!. Also the bed with its multiple pillows was one of the most othopedic and comfortable bed I ever slept in. As an African, I was pleasantly surprised to find wall murals of an Elephant and Zebra. Top marks for this hotel! The staff attended to me promptly and explained everything. friedly staff, excellent breakfast.

Very friendly front-desk staff. Recently renovated hotel, a bit pricey but good breakfast.Good location/hotel if you have to stay around Randwyck. The room is spacious and the bathroom has everything you need. Internet access was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Handy to convention center. Rates were good. Breakfast was good but expensive. Hotel staff very helpful. The themed rooms add an element of fun.The silence and comfortable accomodations. Close to MECC and other office buildings. the spacious rooms. Size of rooms. Quiet neigbourhood (even during carnaval!). Good train connections. 24 hrs reception. Conveniently situated near to the University and public transport services. Close to the train station, although I ended up never using it!. There is not restaurant for evening. I was not satisfied with some of the linen. The hotel is in a district without many places to eat. It's away from the center of town. For the meeting alone it is OK. There were no restuarants in the vacinity. Only snacks were available at the hotel. Arriving at 9.00pm, we had to travel to the centre to find food. Hotel staff would have helped us to order take away food that could have been eaten at the hotel. As it being in an office part of town far from the city and no close by shops or restaurants. It was a bit far from the city center. Beds slightly soft. Bit basic, nothing on the wall, no tea making facilities. The heater pipes was making an irritation noise that left me sleepless. I was offered another room but the same noise was present. I really did not experience one peaceful nights sleep for my whole stay there. The hotel is quite "noisy", particularly the noise of the people walkingin the loby and preparing for the breakfeast early morning is reallyunpleasant if you want to sleep! They zshould select "silent " shoes!The metalical structure of the building is the reason, not the staff.Too far away from the city. I had to pay for parking everyday in the city. The cleaning person did not renew tissue boxes, plastic glasses, coffee sachets after cleaning the room.

The hotel is located next to the Maastricht Exhibition & Congress Centre (MECC), in Randwyck, bordering the city centre of Maastricht (easy to reach by car and/or public transport). If you are travelling by car, take the highway to Maastricht (A2/E25). As soon as you enter Maastricht fellow the direction Luik/MECC (district 29). Exit the highway on your right (nr. 55), following the signs for MECC. Follow the road ("Universiteitssingel") and pass the railway station. The Hotel is the second building on the left.
If you travel by train, take the train to "Randwyck Station" from the Central station in Maastricht. The hotel is located near the railway station.
