An extra big plus for greeting me with a gift in the room because I had stayed there once before!. The bathroom was extremely too small, hardly spaceto move. Otherwise it was clean and tidy. All in all I liked my stay atyour hotel. it was overpriced. In-Room Internet service should be free of charge, and included inthe room rate. Bar lacked atmosphere.rooms were a bit shabby. The breakfast was cold and the hotel and especially my room needs redecorating badly. Very small room compare to the expensive room rates. Very poor bathroom amenities - we have to ask all the time for simple things such as showercup , toothbrush etc. We expect hotel with 4* category and such high room rates to be able to provide such facilities without guests having to ask. There is also only one very old elevator. Size of room. internet did not work. Hotel corirdors very shabby could have done with a revamp, the breakfast was extremely bad, the hot food was cold, the boild egg was only half cooked, the tea and coffee was also cold, the scramble eggs were the worst I have ever tasted. The variety and quality of the breakfast was more to the standard of a two star hotel rather than a four star hotel. Requeste adjoining rooms but never got that. Checking in and out was very slow. 30 minutes to check out when there was no queue. Room was dowdy, though clean - and we'd been given a free upgrade on arrival.. It was expensive - given the overall ambience.Lack of space in rooms, dated decor and the price was shocking, then they added city tax on checkout. Terrible!!. first of all they should change the category from 4 stars ,to 2 superior.and then since they are operating in winter ,they should defently fix the heating matter,. I like only the location.
