  We were treated so well from the minute we arrived. We were greeted by Noureddine and his wonderful family and once settled were served the most delicious mint tea. They were all so helpful! As this was our first time in Marrakech we were unsure of where to go. There are many reviews about it being a little way out - but we thought this was great. It is not far and the tranquil surro - This place will struck you from the first minute. The family-like reception and the warm greetings overwhelms you. Abu Edriss, his wife Nadia, and Boshra, their daughter spared no efforts to make my wife, my daughter and I feel really at home. In addition, the food they provide specially the breakfast was just so good while enjoying the beautiful surrounding. If not for a tight schedule that we had, we would of stay for another night or nights there. Thanks for family and their staff. No words

It is brilliantly situated just off Marrakech's souks in the centre of the Medina and amazingly peaceful considering its central, bustling location. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD!   There are many things that we really liked, here is a basic list: 1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.

  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... what people say » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.
