This is such a wonderful hotel! I travel a lot and I have to say that this hotel has been one to leave a really lasting impression. The hotel was incredibly cheap but fully met 5 star standards. The layout, building and design were stunning and felt very exotic! Despite a first impression that the hotel was huge, it was actually relatively small which I preferred as it made it easy to navigate around. all reviews » We spent two nights in a double room of this hotel with a special offer from letsbookhotel.com. The hotel is not far away from the city centre (less than 10 mins by car/taxi) but good enough to let you away from the chaos of the medina. Within 3 minutes, I drove to a nearby shopping mall, Almazar, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and a supermarket, Carrefour. The staff were helpful and spoke a little English apart from French. That was good enough for me to communicate with th. This hotel is beautiful with a huge Morroccon influence. I couldn't stop taking photos! The Morroccan restaurant was grealt and breakfast was also great with a huge selection of all types of food. Although not everything was perfect remember its Morocco and we had a great time and the hotel is hrrat and we would go back!. Very good hotel... Spacious nice and clean pools, gym, spa. Cleanliness, Comfort. Nothing. The gym in the hotel only had one cardio machine (an exercise bike); the gym didn't open until 9am and is closed on a Sunday. As a person who has to exercise every day to keep the guilt at bay, I did find these limitations hard to accept! Having said that, there are alternatives - the pool is great for swimming and we played tennis at the hotel on the Sunday instead!. Though WiFi was claimed to be available in the hotel, we only got the connection in the reception area, not even in the other public places like the restaurants and pool area. For a large hotel, we did not expect to get good connection in every corner but the availability of WiFi was far from satisfaction when you could only get it in front of the reception counter. The hair dryer was broken in room but i had my own which should have been ok but there wasnt a socket near a mirror. Service at the pool bar was terrible my partner waited 30 minutes on change and if u ordered something you wld wait an eternity on it. The buffet food was not great and not worth the money. No English spoken. No coffee without breakfast unless you called room service, price of buffet was out outrageous Food even at buffet wasn't all that for the 270dl . People appear annoyed and some were even rude that you didn't speak French/Arabic. If I had know this I wouldn't have gone. Ask for your passports back after registering. The fridges were not working in both rooms even after reporting this to the staff. No instructions with on english word. All the tv channels is french, not even one channel arabic or english language! You pay garantee to take the towel for the pool !. At the reception, no one was able to speak english. The location of the hotel in the booking's map is wrong. The hotel is not really where you put it. Is far away. Lack of wi-fi in rooms, by the pool and restaurant. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Restricted bar times. You need to advertise the spa more......especially in the rooms. due to low season only the buffet was opened, not the other restaurants. The all inclusive doesn't include the snack, Bad wifi connection in the rooms, Less activities. AC didn't work in room Asked to fix it 4 times and they didnt Bad food , bad service, bad location Worst experince ever A waste of money.
