The location is great and very close to new city and a 20 minute walk to Medina & Jamal Fna Sq. We paid 250 Dirhams from the airport (rak) to hotel which was total rip off as we paid 50 Dirhams when we returned. Beware of taxi's as the hotel is only 10 minutes ride. The hotel room was cleaned every day, rooms were spacious and ideal. We didnt have breakfast so can't comment but restaurant in the hotel was great for brunch. There was a mini fridge in the room, we bought drinks which was grea.
all reviews » Its a traditionell arabic hotel with the traditionell arabic friendlyness and service. There is no alcohol and no smoking in the hotel and its all about serving the guest and making him feel like at home. We loved this hotel and especcially his employees. Tho hotel is near to many sight seeings and nice places and the pool is big enough to do a good swimm, great hotel for a good price, we loved it. The room was very spacious, well lighted, king size comfortable bed. Staff was friendly, well English spoken. Breakfast was European typical: plenty and tasty. Hammam services were not excellent but ok for the price. It's easy to catch a taxi outside to go both to Medina or the airport. It was good value for the money for us traveling with backpacks and not caring much about details. Great staff; very trustful; we forgot one high value cellular phone in the room and they found it after our departure. They took it at the receptionfor three days and we got it on the road to back. The hotel is in a very good location as we had our own vehicle. It is clean, friendly hotel with a nice brakfast. Guy at the reception was really helpful. Women at the reception declined help and were not friendly at all times, so when we needed help, we went to the reception only when the guy was working. Breakfast was ok, staff there was friendly. Would stay there again. Toiletries are said available on letsbookhotel.com but in our two rooms there were only shampoo and shower gel; but there was not a soap. Two women receptionists were not helpful at all. Exchange rate USD to MAD was 8,06, but for 100USD only 1 out of 5 times got 806MAD, when the hotel manager was at the reception. Other times woman at the reception always kept the 6MAD for herself. It's not a lot but still it's my money and I should decide if I want to leave any tips or not. Breakfast wasn't the best, but it was free :). I had exactly the same room as colleague but paid substantially more. Expensive taxi transfer. We payed 150dh for a trip that should not have been over 50dh. Old decoration of rooms, poor breakfast and bad service at breakfast room. Dirty floor in room. Breakfast room was not clean at all and poor. very old design and furniture, staff nearly do not speak english, service is very poor. the hotel was very basic and very dirty.
