beds and shower were wonderfully comfortable. location was the best for someone who didn't know the city and easy to find from the train station. free wi-fi was also a wonderful plus. Budget friendly, clean, very comfy bed, very nice shower, lovely staff, extremely convenient location. The hotel was very well maintained; a good price and located next to the train station.

The location adjacent to the bus terminal and train terminal was excellent for us. The grounds and breakfast were good. We did not use the pool but it did look inviting. The staff on the desk and the breakfast were pleasant and helpful.. easy trip from airport on main road, restaurant and bar available, reception staff very helpful explaining the set rates for taxis and how not to get ripped off, food was good and breakfast early starter. Building and rooms of European standard in the middle of a caotic city. The doormen who where the only service minded staff. My tenth trip to Maroc this year so I have lots to compare with. Perfect location - Right next to Marrakech train station - 15 minutes far from Jameaa Al Fana "Old Souq". When you go for the breakfast ask for Hassan the most friendly staff in the hotel. friendly and efficient staff quiet room with view on the swimming pool good breakfast buffet easy if you have to catch a train or a bus no luxury but everything ok. It wasn't very clean, it was noisy, breakfast was extra, but poor quality. The location was the only good thing, very convenient for the train and the bus. nothing! it is not even cheap for this kind of hotel. not enough walking room around the beds. Nothing. Limited space around the bed. bathroom not totally clean room a bit small. Noise, unsatisfactory sound-proofing. Nothing. The first room they sent us to had used sheets on the bed. They had not been changed after the previous guest. They moved us to a different room. The general upkeep and cleanliness of the rooms should be improved. the hotel could do with a paint and spruce up job, not a big worry but surprised they don't think these things important, room clean though. Evening reception clearc gave the impression that he hated his job and all guests. Prices in the bar, a 40 drh bottle of wine available for 240... Not possible to just by a glas. Breakfast was really poor and not worth one tenth of what they charge. How about some stone cold scrabled eggs anyone? Wifi is up and down like a yoyo. The bathroom is smelly. Towels looks like it have been used for ages. We asked for check out at 14.00 instead of 12.00 but he was very rude and tell us to check out!. We were on 3rd floor hallways filthy, Rooms shabby, carpet filthy grumpy bar staff. Disappointed as the Ibis chain are usually excellent. Tatty and worn, many things broken in the room. Staff were over worked so mistakes were made. Your email says answer 4 questions..there are 6! omeone cannot count!. Faded glory! The hotel is apparently no longer maintained. On our trip we were in 1 star hotels which were much better than Ibis. Much neater, cleaner, kinder employees, and even cheaper. breakfast was not included and had to pay extra. The road out the front was torn up, you had to walk through rubble and dodge big holes. - dirty towels. there are stains all over the towels! why?! this should be thrown away, not reused. - bathrooms are afoul, water from shower leaks everywhere - wc toilet is not attached to the floor, it leaks. - lighting is terrible, i do not know who design it but he is terrible designer. it is impossible to shave when light is behind you! - holes everywhere, in the walls, in the floor, in the cealling, omg! - breakfast is poor - wifi internet is poor.
