Staff members were great, especially the two young men. Very friendly. Breakfast was generous but unfortunately not suitable for a vegan like myself. Wifi signal strongest downstairs in the salon. We received a small souvenir upon departure, that was a nice touch. A couple doors down from the hotel is a restaurant serving typical Moroccan dishes. The owner and his ?granddaughter? are so kind and delightful - we ate there three times. Excellent service, delicious food and they even opened just f.

Very good location. wifi is very fast. good breakfast. even though lunch and dinner extra, its delicious and prices are normal as you eat somewhere else. close to medina.by taxi its just 15 dirham to go to city center its like 10 min. They even give you a souvenir of a traditional tajinn of ceramic. that was a nice surprise!. Location is good if you don't mind a little walking. It was right by the shops in the Medina and near a great view of Fes however it was hard to find when we first arrived. It's located on the other side of the Blue Archway but we managed to figure out a route there and back. We enjoyed our stay here. -The location - at the gate of the medina -the staff - very welcoming, providing help and information, chatting with you over a cup of tea -the rooms were clean, air conditioning in the rooms was very useful in november, when it's quite cold at night - the breakfast - traditional. This hotel is located very close to the medina, which takes about 20mins walk to the Blue gate and restaurants, if you don't get lost on the way. Paper walls, so you will hear everything, but that's normal in Morocco. Also sound from the street will not let you sleep normally. Cold at night (we stayed in November). Also guy from hotel suggested us to eat in one restaurant which was not cheap and not so good food. I guess he got some procents so be aware of that. But all after all I would suggest this hotel, for this price you get what you need. Wifi only in lobby, but that's not bad. Our room was dark with a small window opening to a narrow street. It was also cold and the air conditioner wasn't working well to heat the room. Every time we used the bathroom, the smell and humidity came right in the room. Bed sheet was very old and didn't seem to be clean so we slept on the bed spread and only used the blanket.And the pillows were just a real nightmare. The bathroom is not in the room and smell horrible. No warm wather and wifi is very poor in the room. I don't recomand this hotel. After 1 night we moved at Ibis hotel (near the train station), where for 15 euro more we had very good conditions and a splendid swiming pool. we asked for three beds we got a room with 5 in a cramped room with very little walking space. the room was cold with no heating facilities. we left the hotel and went to a better one (Hotel Tijan- three hotel away) for the same price. it had all the facilities this one lacked. the sink water was very cold.
