My husband and I stayed here only 1 night passing through from Marrakech to our next destination. We loved the service at the hotel and since our room was not ready upon arrival they upgraded us to a suite with 2 bedrooms & a kitchen which would have been even better if we were staying longer. The room was clean and well-equipped and I loved that they had a fitness center. We were personally escorted around the establishment upon arrival for a tour of the property by a very nice employee. The hotel was generally acceptable. The location was perfect and the
rooms were very clean and respectful. The bathroom is clean and
reliable. The staff were very polite and it is very good that they
understand many languages unlike the rest of Morocco which communication
is limited. The hotel's private beach was very dirty and it was
disappointing. Also, it would be smart to pay with the local currency
because the exchange rate between all currencies differs substantially.

This was the second time I stayed at Pestana Casablanca, and the high level of service ( from Top Management to Bell-man), excellent location and the tireless staff was brilliant both times. I do business in Casablanca and the perfect combination of Pestana's location, service, homey-ness and wi-fi access is priceless!
In addition, I'm asthmatic, which in Casablanca's Hotels is often an issue, but the Pestana impressed me with its cleanliness and provided anti-allergenic bed clothes.
The location is fabulous, I feel this is the best hotel Appartment I
have ever stayed in the city of Casablanca, Anfa Palace Shopping Mall is
right there and Morocco Mall is close by, the staff was very good n
speak English, it's very modern n elegant Hotel.
Modern, nice pool, on the beach, security on the boardwalk outside the hotel, each room had a fridge and kitchen-extra handy was the washing machine! Suites were very upscale with view of the water.

A new design hotel, light and good feeling of space. Clean, great view,
good location near by the beach. The manager and all staff made our stay
warm, welcomed and confortable.
The location is fantastic, the rooms and suites are well designed, very
comfortable, light and spacious. With taxi it s about 2 euro and 10
minutes to town.

The beds were uncomfortable like cheap motel beds. Not the kind of bed you would expect from such a high end establishment.
The breakfast was expensive and portion of food was little. The currency
differs when paying for the rooms. Its better to use local currency.
The pool access outside the hotel building, which can be a challenge with young children.
The breakfast they serve is just average, for a hotel of this standard
they should offer more choise.
Pool attendant was lax in supplying towels and setting up chairs.
