The service is very good, the rooms are very nice and big. The rooms are very clean. The hotel restaurants sell very good food for an affordable price. I got the feeling that I was at a luxury hotel, just paying a lot less for it. It was great. If Im going back to casablanca I would never have a doubt about coming back to this hotel and I definitly recommend this hotel. Location is perfect for both business . Guest Relation officer Basma is very profotional , she attended our request to change one room very fast although the hotel was almost fully booked .
all reviews » Very clean and tidy room. Hotel is quite calm and silent and has quite good facilities, including a very good French restaurant that I strongly recommend. Location close to main road , close to sea side, Corniche facilities , fashion .. Great food, although, a bit pricy. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. V.Good view. V.good resturant and food. Heard food is excellent, but hardly any vegetarian food on the menu. The hotel is near the boardwalk, restaurants, shops and beaches. The room was good value at the price we paid but full tariff is overpriced. Good location, the beach is just across the street. Few restaurants in the hotel. Big rooms. Big shopping mall in a 2 minutes walk. Outdoors cafe was pleasant with good staff. Tall hotel door man very pleasant and helpful. Ok comfortable room . Great rooms. Disco every night which was good. Staff only. Nothing I reserve for 10 days I left the hotel next day morning. It was a good choice to Casablanca - luxury. sea view nothing else... Location was perfect. Very clean. Normal. The hotel is very clean & up to standard. Sometimes the music from the bar/club on the first floor makes a lot of noise at night. It wasnt a problem for me because Im a heavy sleeper, but if you are sensitiv to noise at night you should either find a room at the top floor or find another hotel. The reception was very kind by asking if I wanted to change to another room because of the noise :) but I said no because the noise didnt bother me that much and the rom was so beautiful I wouldnt give it up. Noise from sky bar for First floor rooms . Room was prepared for one person and when requested the change only one additional towel was brought. Room had a non-sense sizeable chair that had to be in the middle of the room and almost prevented from walking by. And the temperature was too hot. Bad smilk in bathroom. the noise from the night club. No gym. during night mudic very loud i can not sleep. Music so loud in the evenings, it reaches the rooms and u can't go to sleep if you are hitting the bed early . Hardly any vegetarian food on the menu. The booking was for couple however the room was set up for one person only. One towel, one bath robe, only one sun lounge on balcony. It took 3 visits to reception and 4 hours before requested items were delivered to our room. The gentleman at reception went to great efforts to remind us that the normal price for this room was much higher. The breakfast is expensive. Everything is old, not fresh. All sofas and chairs in the restaurant, lobby bar and night club is very old, dirty and in the bad condition. Hotel need to be refreshed. Balcony was tacky and view of lots of electrical wires.? Plumbing pipes and many phone towers and to top it off a big m sign. Hotel position unfortunate. Expensive . Doorman at Lebanese restaurant rude. Slow service at the bar and the price of beer. The Location wasn't like the picture on Booking. There is a street between the hotel and the beach. In addition, the price is very high with regard to the size and the furniture of the room. Finally, the hotel doesn't deserve these high prices. Every thing almost and I'm sorry to say that this not hotel it's night club with restaurant. The poshy seen Casablanca The least to see in morocco. No Internet in the rooms, Price is high comparing to the room size, very small rooms, they try to make you feel that they did you favors for stuff " for example: I will give you the best room in the hotel". Also there is the fact that you can never sleep because of the Night club music.... way too loud !!. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Need to bribe to get what you need. Very noisy , because of skybar being on top. No facilities, no coffee machine , iron board , iron or ANY common courtesy amenities. Noisy and loudy in the weekend. - bad AC - no water heater in the mini bar - no tooth brash - soooooo noisy at night . - not good for relaxing . - the first and last time visit .
