The staff was very helpful, very professional, and knowledgeable. I amvery happy that I selected that hotel for my stay. I do not speak Frenchor Arabic and neither does my husband but the desk clerk and bellboyswere very attentive. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and deliciouseven for my American taste. I will always recommend this hotel foranyone that is visiting Casablanca. This is the third time this year that I've stayed in this hotel. The doorman greeted me this time with a big smile, and a 'welcome back.' (In French, of course, as it is Morocco.) But it doesn't matter if your French isn't great, the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be returning.

Had a room in the new part ofthe building with a view of the sea. Asked for sea view and theyaccommodated me. Rooms cleaned daily, black out curtains were great too.Loved my stay in this gotel. Parking also available and attended so noworries about hiring a car.Clean, nice and very good service. Location was perfect....i recomend this hotel. It was a bit of an embaressment to say one of you can eat and the other one should pay . We were taking turns to eat breakfast . Would have liked simple coffeee and tea making facilities in room,also some cutlery and a plate for the complimentary,delicious fruit basket brought to our room. Lack of at least average knowledge of English by approx.80% of personnel; location- in terms of distance to the downtown; relatively limited choise of fresh salads in the restaurant; noise from the neighbor buildings (especially Thursday/Friday due to weddings). It is widely known in its new name. Restaurant food mediocre. I would avoid the nightclub, it was very expensive and a bit seedy. in fact i it was a short stay so i did not have the time to fully experience the hotel's prestations. The food was not very good. sea is to rugh to swim in. The boulevard was a bit tacky, breakfast was 2 out of 3 mornings a bit of a dissapointment. No coffee and 4 people looking at it doing nothing. We had to ask for coffee and other things that where finished. a few touristic restaurants at the strip. we prefer more moroccan life than this nice but touristic hotel. We slept in morocco in better and cheaper hotels. We had a room in the new wing overlooking the beach and sea, for whichwe paid extra. Unfortunately, every night there was a major disco in ahuge tented gazebo on the beach, which went on up to 2am, 3am and even4am. Fortunately I had ear plugs. But if you dont appreciate loud musiclate at night avoid this hotel.Two bell boys insisted to take tips from us for doing nothing as weourselves held our baggage. When checking out the hotel charged uson many items in the mini bar that we didnt use and actually wasntthere at all. The out look from the rooms promised was not achieveable as there was a not so pleasant carpark and other eyesores in view before your eyes could see the beach - pity about that. i was absolutely dispointed and I will never recommand the hotel to someone else. The reception staff was great but the price and the services presented were not for 4 stars hotel. unless there are other regulation for stars in morroco which are not the same in the developed countries. The hotel will "steal " your money espicially when you can not say French or Arabic. Rooms were not clean and in not in good shape. The hotel does not have a fitness center as they mention on letsbookhotel.com, nothing is included in the room price (sauna, etc), the breakfast is the same everyday (they don't change anything in the buffet menu), the heating system is poor in the winter time. the service is terrible.
