  I like everything about this hotel. All of the staff was totally outstanding and helpful in every way. Thank you Luis and Patricia. It was very clean and well maintain....everything was spotless. The location was great as we could walk to everything. The buffet breakfast was a+ and gave us the opportunity to try different Mexican food and the serv... what people say » ice was a + as well. We will go back to this hotel when we return to Merida. We love this hotel! - The staff was great! The room was big and luxe with a view on Paseo de Montejo.   Was perfect! The owners were so helpfull, nice and friendly that its hart to describe. Its a lovely couple, that has a great actitude towards their guests. He mention that if he is not very busy he could also drive the guest for a day trip near by of course with very reasonable charge.   Swimming pool Food Room - The buffet at the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to watch a Sunday Night Football game, although the reception made it look like a snowstorm and it was in spanish. It was clean and sufficient for the night.
