It is just a lovely hotel, visually appealing, friendly customer service staff....unique. The Gift Shoppe(s) are filled with 100% Mexicana products from traditional to high end & unique. If you were without a car or even in a wheelchair, you really wouldn't need to venture far & still have a fabulous weekend or longer if you started with this hotel!!!!. One of those places, where entering the buidling already makes you happy. Instant help with luggage, friendly reception, warm welcome. Beautiful colonial style, well maintained, spacious room, fantastic bakery / coffee shop for breakfast / lunch, good Fonart artisanal shop, nothing to wish for more.
