  This hotel was stunning from top to bottom. The staff was friendly, helpful, and so wonderful. The room I shared with my friends was absolutely gorgeous and had an ocean view. It had an en-suite kitchen which was great, and the bathroom was enormous. The entire facility was immaculately clean. Definitely a great place to visit, especially for a family. - We only stayed here one night, but boy, do I wish it was longer.... Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views. The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided. The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

  I read all the reviews before going and I was concerned but most negative reviews were unfounded. The check in process was quick, the staff were all very friendly and eager to please, the food was good for an all-inclusive type place (I've been to a few) and the onsite main lobby entertainment was a plus. The longest wait we had for any meal was 15 - this is the best hotel I had ever stayed.We are very satisfied with the food and the beach. we enjoy the time in this hotel. acctually, i have already reommended it to my colleagues. they will follow my suggestion to live in this hotel in JUL and SEP. I myself will vist this hotel either in my next trip to Cancun. I must.

  Hotel staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The food was great in all the restaurants and had many options and variety. The swimming pools were nice and the gym had good and new equipment. Строился этот 4-эта - We stayed for 5 nights, the best beach, have been to Cancun several times and if any remember the old Sherton, that is what part of the beach it is. We upgraded our room to oceanfront and we had a whole suite would sleep 4 or 5 people. Only the main building has an elevator. The staff very friendly and helpful. They charge for wifi and say you can get in the lobby bar, we never could. If you walk down the botton of the hill a little resturant called Tacun very good food cheap and free wifi.
