The view from the balcony was great. Absolutely breathtaking.Close to Shopping and a safe area to talk around. They have a little cafe on site where they will nake your food in a little kitchen while you wait and I really loved that. It sits right beside the pool. Budget friendly in the best location of Cancun. Everything is within walking distance. There is instant access to the beach. The rooms are simple, comfortable, and clean. Staff was excellent. It has an excellent view of the ocean and the lagoon.

Salvia is located right on the beach, almost next to the Coco Bongo nightclub and right in front of a crafts market. You can walk to several places without having to catch a cab or bus. Since it is a condo, it is not as busy as a hotel. It was nice having a fridge and microwave, nice balcony too. We had a problem with the sliding door and they fixed it right away. I would stay here again because it is reasonably priced for the zone but it is a no frills place, do not expect luxury or catering. Room was clean and spacious including a nice terrace with beach view. The room is clean and space is great for family. Superb sea view. Location. I loved the fact of the hotel being right on the beach, and also having a great view to the beach and Caribbean Sea. The hotel is in a great central location, has great access to the beautiful sea. Absolutely nothing. Worst place I have ever been to. The rooms definately need a bit of attention. They were pretty dated and we couldnt get coffee in the lobby because they ran out. No currency exchange here either. You can hear the music from the nightlife in the Lagoon view rooms, but I slept right through it. If you need quiet, purchase and ocean view room. No breakfast. Had to pay for wifi, andy could connect only one device. Im 22 so I did not care about the constant bass coming from the clubs every night. But if you want it to be quiet at nigt this is not the place for you. No stairs to enter the swimming pool only ladders which were impossible to use with my bad knees. This may bother some people, but they don't let nonguests in the hotel area at all. It makes the hotel a lot safer, but can be frustrating if a friend wants to stop by. It can get noisy at night because it is right next to the clubs, if you need a quiet place to fall asleep, go somewhere else. We only dealt with the front desk staff...one guy was nice, the other seems to hate his job. They charge you for internet daily and are really secretive about the code, they even change it so you will be locked out...pretty uncool, actually. It was extremely noisy throughout the whole night (loud music until around 6am from a nearby club). A lot of Mosquitos. tired bathroom which was incongruous with the rest of the accommodation. Location! Had to take the good with the bad and listen to the loud music all night! Room filthy, floor was so bad under feet we wore flip flops. The room Bathhroom when we got there, was dirty, specially the toillet, and there was only halh of a toilet paper roll to be used. The music comming from the beach bars and clubs (if that can be considered music) was extremelly noizy and continuous over and over again. They ripped us off by over $100 when we checked in. The hotel staff is rude, dont help much. The bedding were viscibly stained, there are people at the gate hustling you when you come in. For the amount of money they charge, you have to pay separately for everything including coffee, internet. Would never go back here or recommend this to anyone. Staff was more than rude. Ghost manager who I could only contact by phone who was rude and dishonest. Noisy premises. It is impposible to rest/sleep.
