Everithing was great! It's close to the center where all the pub and parties and coco bongo, they have a beautiful beach, very clean, quiet place, new modern design, nice reception girls, nice restaurant, beautiful pull at the top of the hotel with beautiful view. We loved the place!. Brand new hotel right near all of the nightlife in Cancun hotel zone. Easy 5 minute walk to beach. We got a deal for $110us a night which is outstanding value when compared to hotels surrounding it. Clean rooms, good wifi, comfy beds, awesome rooftop pool bar & friendly staff.

May have benefited from somewhere to hang your wet clothes from the beach & also we had no information about the restaurant, hotel facilities etc in our room however this may have been because it has only been open a week or so & they were still in the process of finishing off things while we were there. don't have its own beach like some other 4,5 star hotels at the area, but i guess that's the reason the price is low. Not much of a problem for us but the lack of bathroom door might be a problem for some travelers. It just had a glass panel that slid across which didn't offer much privacy. The staff could have been more helpful & informed with travel info - how to get around, booking taxis to the airport etc. Do not use phone in room, you think rates are pesos but are in us dollars. Two call to us cost over $90. Room was cleaned very late two days we came at five pm and room was still uncleaned Ac in the room was set at full power at 17 degrees by staff. You can't open a window. Anywhere in the hotel! This fact makes it really hard to stay in the room because you kinda find it hard to breath!. Couldn't open a window / no balconies. No transportation included airport/hotel/airport. Room was lacking. I was supposed to get an ocean view room but I did not. we get the room only in 17.15. From outside does not look like a hotel. It is onle concrete, no green area. Credit card deposit larger than the booking price was enforced with no prior information. The staff was not very usefull. Parking area is narrow. The attached restaurant was terrible. Hair and snot on shower walls - so obvious you could not have missed it How can you only sell de-caf coffee in the cafe? Art event took over the bar area on the Thursday so it was unusable by guests Bar service was painfully slow anyway. they let me wait 2 hours and 30 minutes to have a room since check in was at 3 pm that said the rooms were not ready and I had to wait all that time, unbelievable, will never use this hotel again and I would like a refund.
