Location: very close to ADO bus station so you can easily get to the airport and other Mexican cities and tourist attractions. Bus R1 to hotel zone with all the great beaches passes near the hotel every 5 min. Some good restaurants nearby. Big Mercado 28 with artisan souvenirs is also close. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Even offered me a better room with a king-size bed at the same rate. The rooms are clean. This small & cozy Mexican-style hotel is real value for money.

In the middle of Cancun city (not the hotels zone). Sided with the direct bus station to the hotels area. Has a safe. I have been traveling to Cancun and south for the past 15 years. I have always stayed at Kin Mayab. Excellent location next to the ADO bus station; looks very nice; friendly staff; quite clean. Near the busstation, cheap, big room, staff was helpfull, Near the centre of downtown Cancun. Affordable, comfortable and near the Cancun Centro station. The Location was great The staff very friendly and helpfull. Almost everything perfect. Staff very friendly and hepful. The breakfast, staff and proximity to the bus station. Location to ado Terminal was eccellent. The room was spacious and very clean. location was across the bus station which is excellent for travelers plus everything you needis nearby. Very Close to ADO Bus.and down town Cancun. Beds were comfortable. A little noisy. None. nothing to complain about, a very good budget hotel. Stairs rather steep. Our room at the pool area had ants in it. The only alternative room given to us was unfortunately with 2 single beds (we are a married couple). It was in the main building that suffers from noise from the breakfast dining area on the morning till the noon. Wifi didn't reach the rooms at the back, room was in a seperate building next to a parking lot. Perhaps a litte expensive for Tulum town. It could use updating it was like going back in time not a major issue my only complaint if I chose one. The beds were a little hard. facility looks old and run down. with a little bit of paint and plants would probably look much better. Noise in the Lobby Area at night. Staff member in reception not friendly or accommodating. We booked 2 rooms and were surprised when we were taken to a run down building behind the main hotel. We asked to be moved but were told no. My advice would be to ask to see your room before paying! In saying that, I think the rooms at the front in the main building would be very noisy.
