The location was brilliant, we needed to be near the bus station and we were about 2 mins away! Always a taxi nearby and near some very good places to eat! Bar on the roof is very mellow and has a good mood/vibe. Breakfast was also fine. Cereal toast etc.... What you would expect in a hostel!. The staff were very friendly and willing to please. Arriving late at night the area looked rough. Good as a one night starting point if arriving in Cancun by bus as it is very close to the central bus station. Clean room and bathroom.
all reviews » The hostel could be called a boutique hotel! Amazing staff, super clean rooms and a great atmosphere! Probably the best place we stayed! Also comes with a free breakfast and a free drink per person!. It's just by the ADO station (the bus station that will take you from and to the airport). Staff is always helpful. Breakfast is good for the price: fresh fruit, toasts, coffee or tea and cereals. the staff was amazing . great party in the roof topp . have a jacuzzi . the room was clean . is close to every thing bus stasjon . and down town . the wifi was good . it a great hostel . Nice and helpful staff. Close to Ado bus station which is convenient for those arriving at Cancun late at night . The welcome margarita was very good, very beautiful terrace, personal very friendly, very cheap. Good sized room, had air con. Hostel bar was cool (rooftop)! Close to bus station. Good bunch of people, friendly staff, great drinking atmosphere/ games. Not very expensive. Pleasant roofdeck. The girl from the reception was very nice and spoke very good english. The double room was clean and big. The roof top is nice. Near the bus station ado (50 m), terasse on the roof, staff on the bar, wifi available,but nothing special. Private parking in front of hostel. Large room. We were told when booking we would get a free margarita. And we were then told we couldn't have one. We just got one toilet roll to use the whole time there. It was never replaced. We were told to pay in usd then when we got there told we had to use pesos. Staff weren't massively helpful, but then we didn't need much help. The signage could be improved. The temperature of air-conditioner cannot be adjusted. It is too cold for me. Far away from beaches so don't stay here if your after that. I came to party in hotel zone, and it was a little too far to catch busses every night. Not a very appealing area, and the no alcohol allowed in rooms is completely absurd. They're not a young Christian halfway house, they're a goddamn hotel. It's a bit expansive compared to other places in Mexico. But it's in Cancun so everything is twice the price... During the night, somebody entered in our room waking us up. It was a customer apparently, the reception gave him the keys of our private double room instead of another! No need to say that it was quite surprising ! The breakfast is a normal hostel breakfast, cereals, milk, bread. Very noisy due to the bar on the roof, nô lift, staff at réception, its cheap and ok for back- packers, and youngs travellers. Very noicy as it was located just beneath the bar which is on the roof. Although breakfast was included we had to do our own dishes after breakfast which was a bit strange.
