  We really enjoyed the location, it is right next to the main square. Everything looks new, the room has good air con, showers are quite spacious and the staff is excellent. Thank you Ray! - It is the best hostel I've ever known in Southeast Asia, very clean, nice, good staff, and the quality of its rooms is above those of many hotels.

  Rasa Ria is not a cheap resort but it is a lovely one. The rooms were well thoughtfully designed for the traveler - for once the room lighting was such that you could actually see in the room. What I liked the most about Rasa Ria was that some activities were included in the room price such as kayaking and sailing. The restaurants were also reason... what people say » ably priced. I didn't get the feeling that I was always putting my hand in my pocket. The Orang-utan sanctuary was an added bonus. - I have been to many 5 star hotels but this is definitely one of the best for a family vacation. It has two wings - Ocean wing and Garden Wing. Both have a beautiful pool. The garden wing pool has a very nice slide for the kids. There are 3 restaurants which serve really nice food. We wanted to extend by 1 day but there was not a single room available!

  We arrived just after having stayed in the jungle at Sepilok (which was after days of diving and a long bus journey), so we really needed somewhere clean and comfortable. The Sheraton Sandakan far exceeded my expectations on both fronts. It was extremely good value for money. Location was convenient - it took us less than an hour - The staff at this hotel, did much more than expected. I had a birthday cake delivered to my room a very pleasant surprise. Especially Stella.What ever we asked they went out of their way to help us. The best service we have ever had from all staff, in any place we stayed in Malaysia for 4 weeks, could not fault service, type of room & cleanliness.

I was very sceptical about this hotel as I was tasked to do the travel arrangement including hotel bookings. They are fast and servers you with a smile. • The rooms are superb! Is so spacious and clean.   Staff here were excellent in particular the concierge service (special mention to Sylver and Philip for going out of their way to be helpful and friendly). The Le Meridien is a nice, well presented hotel, the rooms are clean / nice and the pool area is fun and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet wasn't included in our package but we ordered... what people say » room service for breakfast and that was very good, the poolside club sandwich we ordered was also good. So I would guess their chefs know what they a - Everything was fantastic. For such a large hotel the staff were extremely friendly. The service was excellent.. We loved the hotel location and the location of the gym looking over the sea would have to be the best location for a gym we have been in. We also really enjoyed the sundowner with the staff on the Wednesday evening. The f old at the restaurant was of a high standard and the service we could not fault. Thankyou for a superb stay!

  The room is clean, well maintenance, comfortable. We were all so amazing and have that home feeling when we first stepped into the apartment. We loved the room. Yet, the thing that light up our day and make the trip have a great start is the friendly and personal service from the staff. They were very good at organising transport for us (pick up from Sepilok junction as we had taken the bus from Semporna) and private car to our hotel in Sandakan on the way o... what people say » ut. There are lots of available excursions. - We had a small balcony in our room with the most amazing view. It was so still an tranquil with just the sounds of the jungle. Absolutely beautiful!
