staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean, if maybe a little tired looking, the lobby bar is nice and friendly, the prices are not expensive the food at the bar was good and value for money, breakfast was good with a mixture of western and Asian so something for everyone , all in all I would recommend this hotel to others , and this was my 3rd time at this hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly,room was clean and tidy, buffet breakfast was good there was something for everybody, a mixture of asian and western food, price wise very reasonsable, price of drinks at the bars was not all that expensive, all in all a good place to stay would definately stay again and recomend to others.

Great bathrooms in guest rooms. the breakfast vrieties of food , big room, clean and near shoping complex too. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, particularly the bathroom!. The hotel location is ok. the pool is not the best and there is really nowhere to lie in the sun , all I seen was 2 sunbeds that had seen better days. Regular maintenance checks are needed in guest rooms to identify and repair problems before guests experience them. not provided transport for the customer from ferry terminal to the hotel , have to take taxi. There is no proper lounge with plenty of chairs to sit and wait. All fine. Nothing really. Pool surroundings small No beach nearby. it is so boring to stay in Labuan. Internet too slow. Room is not maintain well, seems a few spot on the wall paper is come out and can be notice. They did ask me and I told them this is my 1st visit but I don't think they try to impress me by giving nice view. Swimming pool is dirty & small. Breakfast buffet selection not much. One of your staff at the reception was very rude n serve with sour face. Your management regulation was not friendly customer not lien at all. Very tired rooms and bathrooms Dirty worn carpets throughout hotel. Blood in bed. Condom on the site table. Mould in the bathroom. I've booked for 2 nights at letsbookhotel.com and the total charges should be rm580. I was suprised they charged me rm638. I felt like been cheated. During our stay at the hotel, our room temperature very warm with 26 Deg. C even after we get a help to check the aircond. We sleep with uncomfortable that night.
