  My partner and i stayed at City Nutz in 2011 and loved the room we got and the hospitality we received, the drink machine which offers three free drinks was just a bonus! (the rooms are not massive but nothing in Tokyo will be and it was perfect for two) we then stayed with a group of 6 in the japanese room in the same trip which was just as gre... what people say » at, more roomy due to tatami style and although winter the bedding is very warm and this needn't be a worry (we also asked for temper pillows as note - We loved the location and being just 2 short blocks from the subway station in the heart of Tokyo. It was very convenient and I would stay there again just because I know what I'm getting. It's definitely not the fanciest of places...but it was clean, had decent amenities, and worked for what we needed. Coffee maker, small fridge, interesting music system, tv. Very small rooms, not alot of space for your luggage, but it's Tokyo and you you don't get a lot of space for this price. The Thai rest

  Having stayed at the Family Inn Saiko for almost a week I have to say that the whole experience has been a truly pleasant one! In fact, I would go even so far as saying that it was one of the most pleasant experiences in a few years worth of travelling. The security couldn't be any better with regards to the doors to the individual rooms as well as with regards to t - I loved how friendly and helpful the hotel staff was and how willing they were to assist me in my travels as well as answer my questions and concerns. The room was VERY clean and comfortable and it was a great Japanese cultural experience. It was conveniently located close to 3 subway stops, including the Ikebukuro station. I definitely enjoyed my stay here and if I am ever in Tokyo again, I will be staying here again! I have already recommended the Family Inn Saiko to friends!

  The staff was very helpful: eventhough they didn't speak much english they did their best to communicate and assist. The neighborhood is quiet, but lots of small restaurants and konbini near by. Direct access to Shinjuku and Roppongi from Morishita Station (5min walk), and to Tokyo and Shibuya from Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station (10min walk)

  Loved the free access to laptops, Free water, friendliness of staff and free breakfast. Loved how clean and the fantastic location- in the middle and not in the hustle and bustle. I couldn't how great the value was.. We had a single room each with ensuite and were more than comfortable

  This hotel is very close to Ayase station. The rooms are a bit larger than your average business hotel and very clean. Staff were friendly though if you don't speak Japanese you may need to get some help talking with them. - very convinient, good accomodation and staff providing information

  Location is very great. The hotel is near many transportation, Keisei Line, Metro, JR so it is convenient to go to everywhere in Tokyo. We can find many restaurants around there with acceptable price and we can walk to shopping area such as Ameyoko market. The room is very comfortable even it is a bit small for three people (we have many luggages)... what people say » but it is not our problem. Before we came, we were worried about smell because they do not have non-smoking room but we can't have a problem about an - Very good location which only 5min walking distance from Ueno train station. Take the right exit of the train station and across the road. The hotel is just located at the next street of Ameyoko shopping street where you could find variety of local food or products with reasonable price.
