  I liked how close everything was to this hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, and 7-11 and Family Mart, which is a must if travelling in Japan. The room had a decent amount of floor space in the living space; much more than other hotel rooms of similar size. The hotel is very well located, some minutes away from Shibuya station (which is better than near a bigger station, because Shibuya is very practical). You are in the middle of the Shibuya interesting streets but just in a calm and quiet place.

  We loved our corner room at the back side of the hotel with a nice view. We stayed in 8 different hotels around Japan (3 in Tokyo), and this was one of the best for the price. - I left some money in my room and some documents. They went beyond what is necessary to return them to me. Fabulous service. Great location for nightlife.

Staff spoke some english but I get the impression this hotel is more oriented towards local or business travel. The staff was very pleasant and tried everything possible to assist.   Staff service so helpfull when we reached late in night on 30 june 2013. ALSO THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE. ENLISH LANGUAGE UNDERSTANDING OF RECEPTION STAFF WAS GOOD SO WE MANAGED EASILY - Very flexible about the check-in time and kept our luggage after we checked out for nearly 10 hrs at no charge.
