Clean, self contained appartment. Great for longer stays in that you can prepare your own food or drinks. 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station, where all the action happens. Alternatively, right above Nishi Shinjuku Gochome subway station. No staff like a regular hotel so you don't get the interactions with the Japanese people like you would at a regular hotel. Not necessarily a bad thing, just a thing to note.
