This hotel was fantastic. Don't be intimidated by the apartment style lease contracts and special requirements. Staff was extremely helpful and sent very clear instructions. Keys were ready and waiting upon arrival. Everything was easy and self explanatory. We loved staying here better than a "normal" hotel because we had our own kitchen, there was no curfew, and we felt like we were in a home away from home. Location was great for all of Tokyo. We stayed for 10 days and this hotel was a h. all reviews »

Very good position, very near to Shinjuku station, we could reach it every morning by walk, anyway there's also another subway station really near by. The apartament was very confortable and beautiful, not too small and neather too big. You can use the kitchen, with all the stuff in it. the view from the 9th floor is great. There's a Lawson's 100 just on the street, really usefull.
Pillows.
The linen set is not included, but also when I payed for it, when I reached the room it wasn't there. So I had to call (a VERY EXPENSIVE call) the agency to ask for it. The washing machine was broken, and when I mailed for help they never replyed. Always remember to ask for the WIFI pass before the stay, you have to pay it.
