The hotel is located at the central train station in Osaka, enabling you to move around easily. It is very convenient and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast was very good and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located near Osaka Station. I would definitely stay there again. The room is a bit small. I accidentally booked a smoking room without realizing it. I asked a couple of times if any non-smoking rooms had opened up but there was nothing available. Also, for 2nd person to stay in the room on Friday night it was 5000 yen more which seemed really expensive compared to the average rate of 9000.
