A very comfortable and convenient hotel. The room was great, nice beds and a wonderful shower. We enjoyed an evening in the room with friends sitting comfortably in front of the window absorbing the view with wine and cheese. The location was perfect for transportation to all the sites and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We would stay there again!. The hotel is right at the train and bus stations. Great location. Very well decorated. Room was comfortable, staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. Most of them could communicate sufficiently with us in English. The most impressive hotel we stayed in this region.
all reviews » First - location: it's just near railway station, which is very comfortable. Second - staff: very friendly and helpful. Third - breakfast: buffet both european and japanese styles. In particular - Tepanyaki restaurant on the 19th floor. It's worth visiting. Excellent staff include one lady who spoke good English. View from room which was itself well equipped even BBC World for a change. Breakfast buffet was extensive with great pastries for those keen on the odd western meal. Right next to station. Location is good. Staffs are friendly. Coffee in the breakfast taste good. It was raining during my stay in the hotel but I can walk under the covered walkway to the Kanazawa station and the shopping mall next to it, very convenience. We had a problem with our room and they attended to us immediately. They made sure that we were very happy during our stay. Now I know why they say that Ana Crowne is the best in Kanazawa. The service is impeccable!. great location,connected to the train and bus station which makes traveling around the city or area very convenient.nice rooms.excellent staff.overall very nice 4.5 star hotel. Twins larger if more expensive. Breakfast queue was annoying at 7.30 , can be avoided by 8.00. The bathrooms, although clean, are old. nothing. Not much info. at the lobby for places to see and do. Allocated room very small, but offered an alternative which was spacious. No international ATM. Pillow is the funny European type that is square and soft. Just need to fold them up to sleep on. None. none. Nothing. - Standard Room too small - Smoking floor was transformed into non-smoking floor. Renovation required to get rid of the odours from cold smoke. - Only one english TV channel (BBC). Size of room, single room converted to a double by putting a double bed up against one wall to fit it into the room. Bathroom cleanliness.
