Close to Rialto Bridge and the vaporetto stop. Close to San Marco's Square. Great air conditioning. Our hotel was on a small side street, very small sign but check in staff were great and we had breakfast in the check in hotel not our small nook that appeared to be set aside for that reason. B-fast room staff exceptionally gracious and thoughtful. Room pleasant. Free wifi very good. Very nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

Having to walk to another hotel to check in and check out and eat breakfast. The hotel name should be more eye catching - not at the side but on front. Easier to find especially at night. It took me more than one hour to find the hotel. Keep passing!. Small room, not main site. Small shower. Not easy to find , in little side ally, off the bigger ally, and the streeet is in 2 parts,plus because it is actually part of another hotel, with a different name, and is just the overflow, where you go for breakfast. AC was poor and did not effectively cool the room; room was very small and it was difficult to navigate with our luggage. The rooms are very very small. The air conditioning was terrible and was a minimum of 29 degrees, the breakfast was okay. Room was awful, like sleeping in an attic, can not see how this was a deluxe suite. Had to have the shower replaced and the screen was all cracked and broken. More like staff quarters than the room we were expecting. Also this room is not located in the main hotel. Room was tiny and tired. Extremely expensive for what you got. Noisy.
