Th staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is served by a lovely lady who has an endless supply of croissants. Our room was clean and tidy with a well equipped bathroom (powerful, warm shower). The hotel is ideally located near the Plz. Roma for those arriving by bus from the airport. Nearby water buses can quickly transport you around Venice. Luggage storage was free. This is a wonderful hotel. Great value for the price. Large room and bathroom (especially by European standards). Very clean and nice. Very close to the train station (5-10 minutes walk). The breakfast was wonderful and service was great. Would definitely recommend it to others.all reviews »
The hotel was in a good location from the bus stop, not far to carry bags and then it was a good base to explore from. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The decoraton, the professional staff, the location and the price forvalue are all excellent.We stayed in June and the weather was very warm. It was great to returnto an air-conditioned room! The location was prefect as well. Out of theway, but near major transportation (train station, bus station, waterbuses to Grand Canal etc.). great location - 5 mins walk from coach station (Piazzale Roma), nice clean room with large bathroom, friendly staff. The location of the hotel is very good for exploring Venice and the bar next door does good reasonably priced food and has a very friendly atmosphere.The directions from the bus station to the hotel mention a wooden bridge - this refers to the steps and not the bridge itself. Once we went into the room and there was no electricity, but we called reception and he fixed the problem, after a while though.
