All of a details. All the needed stuff is at the kitchen, even oven and microwave. There is a washing machine, scales for waighing your baggage. Fast free wi-fi (really fast!). Cozy rooms with plaids, pillows, etc. And caring and hospitable employees, of course! all reviews » We were asked to call ahead of our arrival so that Alex could be there to greet us. He was extremely accommodating, giving us a map of Venice and instructions on taking the bus shuttle to the airport a few days later. Alex then showed us around the apartment, the design of which was very nice, with space for 5 to sleep, an oven, hob and towels, as well as other little essentials such as washing up liquid. There is a Co-op by the bus station nearby for your groceries. The location was superb for. Very good location. It is close to the railway station. Apartments are in not noisy place. Rooms are big and very comfortable. You could go to main sights by walk. the hotel staff person was wonderful, she was very friendly, polite and helpful. the area was beautiful and the accommodations were lovely. Very convenient location, close to the train station and easy to walk everywhere. 2 big bedrooms and clean apartment. Close to all public transport- train, water taxi, bus. Only minor complaints - the shower wasn't very powerful, and the kitchen was missing a corkscrew! Be advised that Italian double hotel rooms often comprise two twin mattresses on one double bed. Nothing. nothing. No iron. There were not enough disches in the kitchen for making food at home. Could do with a kettle and an iron. Lack of cooking utensils, dishes and statement upon checking in that "cleaning of the kitchen" was not included in "cleaning charge." Also, there was no sofa in the apartment. The shower. Low water flow in shower, and old facilities. no electric kettle,no iron and a tiny fridge with no freezer facility. Location is not the same position as shown in a map. We have large luggages so it is so hard to take them up to this apartment.
