Mia and Precious were so helpful and attentive. We were surprised that
in a rental apartment, there were actual people available for us to go
to if we needed anything, as the office is just a few doors down from
Piazzetta Margutta. Mia arranged for a car to meet us at the airport (it
was 10 at night, with 3 sleepy kids), and had blood orange juice (so we
really knew we were in Italy!) and water in the fridge for us. Since it
was late at night, we were wondering if we'd have to wait to get

The apartment is well-located, secure, clean, well-air-conditioned, and
mostly quiet. There is a master bedroom with a bathroom, a family room
with 2 pull-out couch-beds, and a small kitchen. The staff are very
helpful. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the Spanish Steps,
the Metro, and a small grocery store. The neighborhood is calm and safe.
Most of the sites are within walking distance (although, we like to walk
to see the city). We walked to the Colosseum, Pantheon, the Ghetto,
Pl.
The apartment was very spacious, clean and new! Lovely and modern in the heart of Rome. Mia, the manager, was lovely and friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She was very helpful and made us feel like family! It was great to stay in a new place when travelling so would definately recommend this to anyone who likes abit of luxury when travelling. Also, there is a great restaurant down stairs.
I loved the spaciousness of the apartment. It was the biggest one we stayed at during our month-long Europe trip.It was bright and modern and clean with great curtains to make the bedrooms dark at night which we love.A beautiful apartment in a great location, we could not have asked for more! Mia was so helpful when we arrived and gave us a map and suggestions for a great Rome stay!.
The manager, Mia, was very helpful before and during our stay, answering all my questions and helping to arrange transportation to/from airport. This has to be one of the quietest locations in Rome! A very quaint street in an excellent location. The apartment itself was perfect for our large family. I will definitely recommend Piazzetta Margutta to friends and family.
This was a great find. Chose an apartment for a three night stay rather than a hotel, with the family, and was not disappointed. Very conveniently located for Rome City centre. Clean and comfortable, and well appointed. Mia was fantastic at making sure our requests were dealt with and we were met on arrival. Would return without hesitation.
We liked everything, a very clean and well equipped apartment, it has a perfect location, surrounded of restaurants and shops and short walk from Metro station.
Mia and Cora are very friendly and helpful, they take care of their customers.
The apartment has washing machine which is not mentioned in Booking website.

My family and I stayed here and we loved it! The apartment was beautiful, modern, very clean. The washer/dryer was perfect, they offered soap for it, for the kitchen, everything. It is in the middle of the center of Rome, but in a very quiet street.
Newly designed, extremely clean. It was the first month of the resort when we stayed. Usage area was wide, all the furniture was new. Centerly located, walking distance to most places. Despite the location, the apartment was silent.

The house keeping is not on daily basis , it's once a week but you have to pay for daily service.
A little bit expensive, but Rome is expensive as it is.

Be aware that housekeeping needs extra pay because of being apart property. But that is not a problem, because everything in the resort (kitchen, washing machine, etc.) was enough.

Only a view from the window was not so great :( on the smoking kitchen staff.

We stayed at A1-facility which was located on the ground floor. The windows were towards a closed quite street but every day early morning there was annoying noise from waste management.

prefer to open window for more cold winter air where noise from below and surrounding eating place disturb our sleep in the early morning around 5am.
