Staff was professional and took good care of us on check in and check out. We had only one day to see historical sites in Rome and they advised us on what route to take. They even suggested another site to add to our list once they knew our taste. We left at 5:30 am and the front desk clerk personally made us espressos and gave us pastries to take with us to the airport. Excellent location - center, within an easy reach to the greatestsights and shopping streets; very nice room - they provided the biggestone on the floor to us; clean; good conditioning system and furniture;friendly staff.

Breakfast is very poor, no hot food at all. curtains do not cover entire window, too much light in the morning. Water splashes from bath to the floor, should find a more efficient bath screen.Breakfast is composed mainly of sweet pastries, could add bread and cheese. Breakfest. The room was quite warm until the window was opened and then lots of street noise. better breakfast and not only sweet thing. And betters shower wall. Would be nice to be able to stand when you have shower. Breakfast consisted of Supermarket sweets, no eggs, cheese and fresh bread. The room was incredibly small, which I hear is normal in Rome. The elevator was hard to use and couldn't fit more than 2 people at once, only one person with luggage. We climbed the stairs to our room each day.1) Breakfast; there was no normal bread (without sugar or chocolat) 2) the concierge was working at the same time in the breakfast-room. So we have to look in the lobby for example asking milk. I'd like to have toasts at the breakfast. Room very small. Room was very small. Small room and "light" continental breakfast.They could nor confrim our request of twin bed beforehand, however, we managed to get one when arriving. Not any contental brekfast. No common areas.It was overpriced. The breakfast that was on offer was very poor. Long life packaged produce. It was the 3rd hotel I stayed in during my trip and was the most disappointing and least value for money. Although we booked a double room we got two single beds dressed as one. A/C not working , even after I paid additional 90 Euro's for 3 days for room with better A/C....And also the second room was terrible warm !!! I heard also from other guests in the Hotel the same complaints !!! Terrible vacation !!!.
