The hotel is well situated for accessing all attractions by foot, there is a guide to the neighborhood that makes you feel like an insider, the roof top patio is the great place to start your day with breakfast, or start your evening with aperitifs, the owner of the boutique hotel is often on site greeting the guests, the rooms are spacious, modern, well equipped, and the bathrooms are massive. It is our go to place for all Rome trips.
all reviews » It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest. The helpful and friendly staff. Great location. The Comfortable Bed and very Clean Room. The Rooftop Terrace was Gorgeous and Breakfast was delicious. Thank you Babuino 181. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending a stay with you. In the hectic bustle of Rome, our room was a quiet oasis of luxury and comfort. The marble bathroom was lovely, and the soaking tub was a treat. The bartender at Happy Hour was friendly and knew how to create a happy vibe among all the guests. The location, the comfort, the conviviality,the extreme kindness of the whole staff, with a special mention for Teodora, the concierge who was most helpful each time we needed an info or a reservation. Everything was perfect for us Location , friendly staff welcoming and very helpfully Room very comfortable , great bath . The only place to stay in Rome with a 13 and 11 year old. Staff very friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary bottle of champagne as it was my birthday on our day of arrival. They picked this up from my passport. Impressed!. Staff was exceptional. One lady Teladoro , planed a party for us. She bought the food set everything up and stayed to clean up, on her day off.Would highly recommend hotel. the rooms and hotel were nicely appointed, the roof terrace lounge and breakfast area were great--and the breakfasts were great. the location was great too. I liked very much the rooms, they are beautiful and very comfortable, breakfast was great and all the personel is so kind and friendly! I will return!!. Nothing at all. the border around the bed. No parking. Room a bit dark. Poor breakfast. On my quote it spoke of a beautiful marble BATH but there was no bath and I dislike showers. lights and fan in washroom did not work. Breakfast should be included in cost of room. Room expensive and breakfast very expensive at 18 euros each. Not worth the price. People talking loudly in the bar across the street until 3am. Unfortunately, there was little natural light during the day and there was the smell of mildew (I think they need to change their mops more frequently) throughout the room and hotel. I'm allergic to mold spores, so we changed hotels.
