The beautiful design and attention to detail added to the overall experience. The facilities are excellent including a huge, fabulous shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and despite being on a busy pedestrian shopping street it was very quiet at night. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and respectful. Location is perfect, close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We would stay there again. all reviews »
The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and with a really Nice design... The breakfast was inside the room, and it was good. The owner of the hotel is very Nice and polite, and offerd to book restaurants and museums. The location is perfect because is on the centre of shopping district, near the piazza di spagna and Via del Corso. We recommend it!.
It is a boutigue residence with 3 rooms, decorated in a modern luxurious
way. Very comfortable and in a fanatastic walking street near the
Spanish Steps. It is quiet and the air conditioning powerful. The staff
is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They brought us a lovely bottle
of sparking wine and were very attentivie.
Amazing location, service and room. It was my partners birthday and
they left a bottle of champagne in the room free of charge. Also, they
serve the best coffees in Rome at breakfast. Cannot recommend this
place enough.
My first impression when I arr to the hotel I was shock cause it doesn't look like a hotel at all .there is no sign board .but once I went up to the 4th floor I love the ID and the rooms.it sure is a good stay.
Frattina 57 is an excellent base to start your Rome excursion. Near to
the Spanish steps and with lots of shops just downstairs, nothing is
really too far away. The staff are really friendly and helpful too!.
Perfect location for central Rome. We stayed at the larger suite (different building from the other rooms), which was full of contemporary design and a bit quirky. Staff are friendly.

The water from the bathroom runs out into the bedroom cos of the way how
everything is integrated in the single suite.
Breakfast consisted of two sweet buns and a coffee, which really is too little for the price you pay.

Lack of wardrobe (we kept our stuff in suitcase) in the rooms.
It is not a boutique hotel like advertised. It is 2 apartments on
different floors woth 3 individual rooms each. Zero staff overnight.
Can't even lock the main door at night! Shower had hair in it.
Toilet was soiled from previous user. Breakfast was bad quality orange
juice and croissant that came out of a packet. The list goes on and on.
Plus they tried to overcharge us at arrival!.
