The owner is very nice, very helpful and nice, I love the decorations outside the hotel, there are some plants on the arsail, seems that the owner loves life very well, on the last day , as I rushed to the railway station, I left my ring in the hotel, but the owner send msm to reminder me of that, so lovely. I began to miss the fantastic place already^_^. Very covenient location, less than 10 minutes from SMN Station/Airport Shuttle. Despite being located close to arrivals area this city district is rather quiet. Aircon worked flawlessly, completely noiseless. B&B owner is a great person, helped us a lot, especially with taxi arrangement on our way back home. Recommended.
all reviews » The owner was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from all city highlights but away from the busiest streets. There are bars, and restaurants close by. Reduced rates for single occupancy of a double room. Lorenzo is super nice and helpful. The room is clean tide and well falicitated. The location is good, the town isnot big and all attractions are walkable. The restaurants Lorenzo recommended are wonderful. The owner is super friendly, he explains everything in details (from food to sunset time) and offered a ride for us to the hill and view the most beautiful view of Florence. The administrator is a very nice guy. He was very helpfull and always available by the phone. The apartment was very cozy and well placed - near the historical center. It`s a very nice location, because you are in the center of Florence within 10 minutes, it`s very familiar and the room is clean and has everything you need. There was nothing that I didn't like but for some the three flights of stairs would be a challenge. nothing. Nothing really, ppl said going up to 3rd floor by stairs is difficult but we found it okay as we are young couple. Bathroom could be improved. No elevator in the building. Do not have elevator, a little inconvenient. No elevator, you have to carry your luggage 3 storeys. Only difficulty was to lift our luggage up 5 floors, since there is no lift. And also make sure that you contact Lorenzo with a time of arrival cause he does not sit at the reception. there is no breakfast and you have to make the check in before 7.30 pm, otherwise there is a risk of sleeping outside!. A little bit noisy when the water heater and refrigerator work. house facility is old and worked not very well, such as the old style air-con. a little bit noise at night and morining.
