Being close to the water. The staff out front were superb in helping us park, etc. Breakfasts were awesome Free internet with bookings.com. Nice hotel in the center of Tiberias. Very good, rich breakfast. Spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the Sea of Galilee. The staff was very welcoming. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent. The buffet was huge.

Staff should be more polite. Some of the buffet dishes did not have spoons availble to scoop food out. So I saw some other clients grab food with thier hands. The maid did not replenish our sugar, creamer, coffee, and tea in our room. Passover breakfast. Crowds on Shabbat. no iron in the room. who wants to take their clothes to an ironing room on their vacation. I felt that the hotel should be rated 4 star. Mainly because I thought the carpets and furniture and outside of the building needed replacing and refurbishing. It was however exceptionally clean. noting. Did not have private access to the Sea of Galilee. Had some rude associates. not having an iron and ironing board in the room. Price - a bit high! Tiberias is not Jerusalem or Eilat or tel Aviv. Payment required at arrival. Per device internet charge. Restricted fitness center hours- not available before 9 am or after 9 pm. Additional charge for fitness center. No english newspapers available. We paid alot for hotel because of internet but were unable to access it despite staff attempts. they called me the day of chek out 12:00pm and they told me leav the room right now but when i chek in the room wasnt ready till 3:00pm. Everething. Front desk staff (a lady)not helpful gave wrong information. Bathroom had bad smell, floor is filthy towels has stains. Room carpet is dirty.
