We rented room in the hotel for 3 nights. Room was always clean and quite. There is kitchen with refrigerator and small appliances. The hotel offered to us good breakfast with eggs, cheese, vegetables, herring (it is very strange Israeli’s tradition), dessert, and very delicious domestic bread and so on. all reviews » We were 5 people and this hotel was really good for us. It's located a bit away from main road so it is not too noisy but close enough to the lake and center. Good beds! We had a view over the lake - very nice. Bathroom is big enough with clean towels. Breakfast is a separate issue, many people are writing about it - and I have to say we were impressed. Breakfast is seved in a higher class hotel next door and it was excellent and very rich. Our room had access to a very big balcony (shared by f. Breakfast (an Israeli buffet) was included and offered at sister property Emily's Hotel (a 4-star-design hotel) next door and it was was fantastic - we really enjoyed staying. The combination between staying in an apartment and enjoying the luxury of a 4 star hotel for breakfast - that was great! Very nice and helpful staff. A caring staff member even picked fresh mint . The location of the hotel is perfect. It has a great view with the Sea of Galilee at our window. We also had a great sunrise view. The hotel was also walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. The staff was very very accommodating and very friendly. The kitchen is well stuffed since you can ask for anything you need from their kitchen! It is a home away from home. I would recommend this to all my friends. When I spoke to them initially before going to Israel, I was thinking of cancelling my booking with them, especially after taking with a well known hostel in Jerusalem, I felt the difference more. Anyhow I went, and found them to be very kind and gracious. Especially Roy and Hamudi Mahamood were very good to us. Actually both of them were more friendly to us then some of the well-known hostel stuff in Jerusalem. We actually booked four rooms for us and ourfamily and we were all given rooms on the same floor with one large balcony connecting all the roms. It was fantastic, we ate breakfast and dinner there all together. And, what a view, you look over the Sea of Gallilee (Kinnneret) and it is beautiful. The rooms were nice and clean, and we had a small problem which the mgt fixed very quickly. Staff was very courteous and accomodating. Room was spacious (by Israeli standards) with a nice balcony, bay windows, and a very efficient air conditioner. Ample kitchenette with a fridge and burner plate. Bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub was a nice touch--was not expecting that in the room! Excellent breakfast spread and great service in the dining room. Wow, we loved it here! There was even a jacuzzi! Apartment very clean, modern, and very comfortable bed too. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful, they helped us organise a tour, called taxis for us and even gave us a map of the area - and the breakfast was delicious too. A very good experience for us here - would certainly return!. Hotel ok with a good price/quality balance. Tiberia and its lake are nice place to visit and the hotel is in the center of the town. In one of our rooms bathroom was not properly cleaned but it was rather a strange accident wich was fixed very fast and with appologies from the staff. Another room was fine. We stayed in triple rooms, they are not very big and 3d bed is placed in such a way that TV is hanging right over it, it is not a big thing though. I wish they could give us more cheaper taxi drivers, soem of the drivers are cheap who own their own taxi. Nothing. Beds were not very comfortable. Kitchen would be better served with some utensils like pots and pans, etc. Grounds around the hotel included lots of old mattresses, and rubbish. From recent upgrade to hotel. Maintenance & cleaning of room & hotel was sloppy. Jerky elevator making you think you would get stuck. Leaving !. Gave us a stove, but no pots n pans. Kitchen was a bit unequipped. Kitchenette was minimal and dirty. The only items were a hot plate and a tiny fridge. The only utensils were a few dirty spoons and forks that nobody has dared to use for a long time. We did not use the kitchenette, but it would have been of little use. It had table, chairs, fridge and hotplate but no utensils. The hotel advertises its self as an appart hotel but despite this they did not have any cutlery, plates, glasses etc. There is nothing to complain about. Some hotel guest were a little noisy. I did not like that no hard soap was to be found in the room. Hardly any utensils in the kitchen and nothing to wash the dishes with. The AC was very loud. There was nothing we disliked - sorry we couldn't stay a little longer. The hotel is a bit run down. We had go up and down to the lobby to ask for kitchen utensils and other things as the guy on reception was always on the phone we couldn't ring for him to get us the things that were lacking. Not much control over noisy children in common areas. a little renovation required. Coffee (very old machine). A little small. The room apartment had no living space. No kitchen utensils/plates in room-you had to get them from the staff (which they happily provided) and use a microwave in the lobby dining room. good kitchen but no pan's cupps/plates/knife/fork etc (only used the fridge!). Ants in the kitchen. Our companions' TV didn't work. sometimes the room smelled like cigarettes. air vents not great. bathtub and sink drains need to be unplugged/too clogged. also mini frdige needs to be defrosted. Internet connection was off due to large number of guests using the Internet. The studio was only 30m2 instead of 50m2 as stated in the description.
