  Great location. Hip, fun, clean rooms. It's very new and hopefully it can keep that level of cleanliness - that is always a selling point for me on a hotel. Location can't be beat. The reviews I read before I left had some comments about the no amenities - that is what it's all about - there is a check in area during business hours but easy to che... what people say » ck in otherwise and the little kitchen are is just perfect. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby including a supermarket. What makes it affordable is - A very neat/clean appartment conveniently located in a shopping district, close to the beach and quite central to the city and other amenities. The staff are quite exceptional and takes pride in their extraordinary dealings and interactions with guests ....a special mention and thanks to Hagai who went beyond the call of duty to make our visit in Isreal extra special. The rooftop at night time is a good spot to relax and take in the magnificent view of Tel Aviv.

The beds are large and very comfortable and staff was very welcoming and helpful. The 'happy-hour' between 5pm and 7pm includes a lovely Cava, soft drinks and little snacks. We also got complementary 15' massages on the roof terrace. You will regret not booking this Hotel!

  When I read about the fold-down sofa-bed my thoughts were "At least the parents get a nice room and muggins will have to make do as usual." Not so. Folded down it was a perfectly comfortable bed with not compromise whatever and it was extremely quick and easy to fold up and down. And even if one were to run the AC continuously (something I personally could understand, the family sat outside on - We stayed in Sunshine suites for five days. The building is new and very well located close to beach and Ben Yehuda, and walking distance both to Tel Aviv Naamal and Yaffo, 2 blocks from the American Embassy. The apartment was big and very sunny with a nice balcony, spotless clean. It had a nice kitchen with toaster, microwave, etc and also a hair dryer in the bathroom. We really felt very comfortable.

  The Jaffa Old City Boutique Apartments are different from your typical hotel. In fact, it isn't a hotel. If you want your room cleaned daily, need a concierge and business center, etc., then this isn't the place for you. But if you want something comfortable, perhaps for a family holiday or just a pleasant non-hotel stay (some of us get sick of... what people say » hotels, no?), then this might be for you. The apartment that I stayed in was clean, simple, but with all the necessary amenities. There is a small - Simple clean apartment with adequate space and a patio. Surprisingly quiet given the area. We asked for an iron and hairdryer before we arrived and they were made available on our arrival. The availability of wifi was necessary and invaluable. The location is fantastic - right next to the flea market and within easy walking of the old Jaffa area, which is beautiful.
