  The room we got was exactly the room we saw on the pictures at the letsbookhotel.com. It was exactly what we wanted: enough space, refrigerator, balcony looking over the Ben Yehuda street (big plus that the balcony is in the shadow!). TV with lots of HD movie channels. Fine bathroom. Personnel was very nice, easy-going and friendly. - Kimi Naumburg the manager is a one of a kind in terms of his genuine concern, willingness to assist way beyond that which I could ever have expected and assisted me with the satellite TV @ 20h00 in the evening even though he was supposed to finish for the day @ 18h00. He made staying here such a pleasure and assisted with caring for my luggage before and after check-in/out times.

It is close to the center of city and I recommend it as a good option for those coming first time in Tel Aviv having in mind that the city is one of the most expensive in the world. It is very easy to find the hotel when you are coming from airpo - Reception staff were absoultly unique. In my two and half week trip I spend time in 8 hotels raged from 5 stars to 3 stars. I would give 10 out of 10 for reception staff at home apartment. They helped me sorting problems which I needed help due to language barrier.

  The welcome to the apartments was amazing - friendly and informative and extremely helpful in every way. The apartments were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Being able to come and go as we please was really great too - unlike a hotel or b&b. Especially glad a lot of towels for 2 days were 12. A young child provided a comfortable bed, and even a baby bath with stand. We plan to stay at when traveling to Tel Aviv just here.   The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, from the salads, breads, dairy to the omelets and shaksuka. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and I loved the shower and bathtub. Plus they left a fresh bottle of water as needed. It was nice having the Azrieli mall right there, as well as a full supermarket, again, right out... what people say » side the door of the hotel. I did take advantage of the free shuttle to the beach which was great. It dropped me off at the Crowne Plaza on the beach, - The soundproofing is impressive, never heard of the ice cube machine right in front of my room once the door's closed. In case of dnd, you don't get a call asking whether you want the room cleaned or not, which is just the way it should be. The location is very conveniently located as long as you remember facilities around the hotel being closed during Shabat and plan in advance.

Breakfast was excellent and served à la carte and as such more personal than anonymous buffets of big chain hotels. All in all we really liked the familiar atmosphere.

  Stayed at the apartment for three days during my short trip to Israel. The room seemed new and clean and is equipped with almost everything you need except the telephone. Although I haven't used nothing except the hairdryer. The location is also good.
