All staff were exceptionally professional a very high standard all round. Cannot fault the staff and the hotel in general. Highly recommended. Thank you to all concerned for making it a wonderful stay. Great large rooms and access to the Club Lounge for a small upgrade fee which included internet. Loved the espresso machine in the room Breakfast was great and in a quiet and spacious dining area.

The hotel is not located directly on the beach, there is a quite busy road between hotel and a beach. There were no rooms with two queen beds, or a king and a pull out sofa. We ended up with a roll away bed for our son, age 17. It was alright, but not ideal. Waiting for the elevator. would prefer complimentary w-fi in rooms as most hotels do offer this as standard. just 1 bar in the Lobby, closing at 1100 pm , don't cook in shabat,. The rooms were pretty standard no extra little kinks. I did not like security stuff, sat on the front of hotel entrance. Pool was closed and construction on beach behind hotel. Staff made an error with credit card and made 2 payments on hold. Were not helpful at all in resolving this. Consierge sent me to the middle of now where instead of tel aviv zoo!. Their club experience. hotel needs a renovation , carpets have to be changed . Nothing. shabat breakfast. we had a room at the 12th floor which was not renovated with a small and old bathroom. The price we paid was really expensive compare to the room we got. Room service food was dreadful and very constricted on me u hours. Very surprised that we had to ask for sheets to be changed, and it took over one hour for five sandwiches to be served in the lobby lounge on Saturday evening. Not good enough for a five-star hotel and the prices charged. No free wifi in rooms. Old, shld be renovated. The launge was open for families with little kids the noisy place was something that made us leave it right away. I do not understand how thay letting kids under 17 yaers Old to be in a place were alcohol is. We' ve paid them for a relaxing place an extra money but got nothing t. too noisy. It is not 5 star hotel at all - it feels like 4 stars maximum... Staff are nasty and unpleasant at all. Defense acting like gangsters .. Very expensive price really high. And smelly hotel lobby. Just do not go there A big disappointment Waste of your money.

How to reach the hotel from Ben Gurion Airport:

- By public transport: take the train towards Tel Aviv from underneath the airport terminal (20 minutes). Step out at Arlozerov Station and from take a taxi (10 - 15 minutes).

- By car: Take road 1 towards Tel Aviv and change to Ayalon North freeway (road 20). Leave at Harakevet interchange (Arlozerov Street) and follow the signs towards Tel Aviv and Arlozerov Street. Continue westward on Arlozerov Street for approximately 3 km. Turn left at Eliezer Peri street just opposite the coast and drive south for 500 metres. The hotel will be in front of you on Hayarkon Street.

- By Taxi: The taxi station is located outside the airport terminal (30 minutes).
