The hotel was everything I could have asked for - right on the beach, and within walking distance of all the main shopping/bar streets. The breakfast every morning was a delight, and the afternoon tea was a great little bonus. The staff are so wonderful and attentive, and for the price you pay, this is the best hotel you will find in Tel Aviv, I would 100% stay there again and would recommend to anyone.

Wireless Network is free only in the lobby then it will cost you 10 extra $ for a 24hours access from your room. It is possible to include national dishes in a breakfast. It can be very loudly outside, especialy in the night. nothing I didn't like. Wifi only available in reception no room service. noisy. The hotel has kosher food, but no supervision. Paid parking (30NIS/day). single room is very noisy. - The rooms need some renovation, but from my various experience this is an issue with many of the hotels in tel aviv. I would not rate this hotel 4 stars, but 3 stars only. - The service provided by some of the staff was unprofessional, some of the staff were helpful. all in all, the staff need communications training (at least at the price level they request.) - Breakfast was meager and not much choice, again at the price requested per night a larger choice is necesary. Certain of the dinning room staff were not friendly. While some of the staff were good others were completely unhelpful. For example, we needed to get a taxi over Shabbat and the person at the front desk wouldn't help us coordinate it and instead told us to take a bus which would have dropped us off in a totally wrong location. It was a lack of effort. The small rooms are too small, the bathroom very poor. The area is quite noisy and the windows just dont close well. Hotel is extremely dated and desperately needs renovation. It is nothing like the pictures show. Would not stay there again. Rooms are tiny. Vaccum at 7:30am in corridor. Toilet was not clean; sticky stains on desk in room. Front desk service is zero. When I checked- in, the front desk clerk said I should say "Thank You" for upgrading my room category. She was arrogant, impolite and sarcastic. Couldn't help it but to complain to the hotel gm. too expensive for the value received, tiny uncomfortable bed, internet costs money.

- By car: Take road #1 towards Tel Aviv and change to Ayalon North freeway (road #20). Leave at Kibbutz Galuiot interchange and turn left on Kibbutz Galuiot Road. Continue for approximately 3 KM.
