    Great Apartment, a small distance away from the city but the taxis are so cheap in Derry compared to most places in the North. Friendly city with a great nightlife - Was a great base for a night out. Owner was there to meet us and gave us all the information we needed Good value for money

    The friendliness of the staff. There was a mix up with my booking and it was cancelled by accident. The lady we dealt with, Teresa I think her name was,went out of her way to ensure that we were able to stay there the weekend. An excellent example of customer service! I found all the staff I met to be some of the most friendly and and helpful that I have come across on world travels.     The owner of the establishment is very friendly and helpful. It turned out that my booking was messed up (but it was not his foult!) and instead of two nights I was booked for one night only. He offered me the second night in another, more expensive place run by him, at the same price that I had been prepared to pay while making the booking.     Friendliest staff, then again Irish are such nice people :). Most helpful with settling in, payment, meals, touring the town even sights to see enroute out of town!     The B & B would be a little difficult to find without a sat-nav. It is situated close to the town centre on the edge of the ‘Bogside’. The place is a little oasis in a sea of apartment blocks. Once in the B & B you are given a warm welcome, offered a drink then shown to you room and the host will give you helpful advice and directions to p... what people say » laces of interest in the locality including bars and restaurants. When pressed he can even give tips on really great places to visit further afield. T - Joan (who runs the B&B) was very friendly and accommodating. Joan went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable and she was very helpful in providing a map and pointing out all the bars/restaurants/shops across the city. The B&B is very close to the city (3-4mins walk) and restaurant/bars are near by. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. All in all, it was a great visit to Derry and when we go back, we will return to Amore B&

    It was lovely, spacious, clean and very comfortable place to stay.The rooms are well equiped and thwe semi wet room bathrooom was excellent. A lovely peaceful location aids a good nights sleep.     The room was big and well furnished. The setting is superb, and the location is very convenient provided you have a car (as we did). The breakfast left nothing to be desired.     We can only say that this is one of the best B&B's that we have stayed at. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. We were given suggestions of places to visit both in and around Derry, and also a 'history' of the troubled times of this area that was as informative as any you would receive on a tour.
