  How the staff spoke to you personally using your name, nothing to hard for them, no issues, friendly. It was so relaxing and i had the best nights sleep for a while even though there was a wearing party there was no noise. Reasonable priced meal which was delicious. - The staff very most friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The hotel ... what people say » was relaxing with great facilities and nearby walks in the Roe Valley Country Park. Although busy it was quiet at night with the bedrooms well away from the bar, function rooms etc.

  The accommodation is up a steep hill so although only a mile from the city centre provided good exercise. Owner was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much - Local sold across road good. 5 minutes to wall by car. Good service when we phoned to see what the story was with the booking.
