Their attention to detail was excellent. Very friendly and efficient in all areas - girls on reception/waiters, etc. Used the Spa, and it was a beautiful experience. Would do it all again!. The food is amazing, I would definatley recommend eating in the restaurant. The therapists in the spa are top class and there is a beautiful vitality suite.The courtesy of staff, size of the rooms and value for money.

The comfort. there were many things to like about our stay at the brehon hotel. great location, friendly staff, great facilities, beautiful evening meal. All in all a great place to stay. We ate at the Restaurant and it was just lovely, staff were very helpful and they were very child friendly.High quality hotel with excellent service. Almost everything! But especially the friendly and helpful staff.Everything,it's a classy hotel. Breakfast was excellent. the quality of service. Fab hotel. The hotel itself is decorated excellently and the air conditioning inthe rooms was great. Separate shower is a rarity in hotels. Nothing. Whatever training was done, should be replicated in other hotels.Leaving it!. Reception were not very organised with bookings. one or two small things that could be rectified. fan in ensuite of our room was not working, some of the facilities in the vitality suite were a little shabby and needed fixing up. Had better room on previous occassion, broken hair dryer , no bath.The newly imposed booking process for the fitness suite and some things, e.g. poolside shower, did not work on this visit. Felt it was not as good as it was on our previous stays. Very Ugly Car Park. The bar food was very poor.opened in 2005 maintenance and repairs of certain items in rooms and public areas of hotel needs to be better. We were paying guests but were not allowed to use the Spa in the morningas Shane Warde was using it, as a guest we must not have been asimportant as him. Arrived after 9 and there was no chance of something to eat in the bar, would have liked a sandwich but not possible in the bar after 9...should be more flexible. I was contacted to change to another hotel as they had over booked. Ifound this unacceptable. Also there was no tea/coffee making facilitiesin the rooms, which should be in a 4 star hotel.Fire alarm went off at 3am... Was awake for hours afterwards - there was no fire!. The dinner was very poor. The main course did not reflect the menu at all. Monk fish with a herb crust on a bed of prawns - only 1 prawn and no crust. Lots of potatoes in the dish disguised as prawns??.

The Angsana Spa takes its name from the exotic angsana tree. This is a tall, tropical rainforest tree noted for its crown of golden fragrant flowers, which burst into bloom unexpectedly for a day, then close, and bloom again suddenly.

The flagship Angsana Spa was introduced at Dusit Laguna Resort, Phuket in October 1999. Within a short period, it has successfully branched out to 10 establishments in Australia, India, Thailand and Indonesia. The opening of the Angsana Spa in the Brehon, Killarney in July 2004 was particularly special as it was the first Angsana Spa to open in Europe.
