I booked a double room to stay one night. I arrived at the hotel to check in and the staff where friendly and helpful. The room was also warm on arrival. The room had all the essentials and the bed was comfortable. I also had breakfast the following morning and I was very happy with the selection of foods. I am very satisfied with the hotel and the price.
We liked the fact that there was fantastic entertainment in the hotel and we didn't need to leave to go anywhere else. Also that parking was free and shops were very close by. Staff very friendly and helpful. this was my second time to stay here and will stay there again. Great Value for money.all reviews »
Staff were fabulous, very friendly and helpful....really lovely people. Very good value for money. Easy access to town. Everyone we met in town were just so friendly and good fun. Would definately recommend to family and friends.
the hotel was friendly and comfortable. The nightlife in the hotel was fantasic, myself and my friends had a great nite and would definetly stay again.

Michelle and her staff was top class at all times, everything we asked for was looked after as soon as they could. Tasty full Irish every morning. Could not ask for any better.

In the centre of Dundalk, room was a good size if a bit basic. Breakfast was included in the price so was really good value for what we paid.

I had only one problem, the staff at the breakfast bar could be more helpful. They were very slow when asked to get a pot of tea and toast, our breakfast was almost cold by the time it was brought to the table.

The noise level from the main street could be a bit much if you are a light sleeper.

The NOISE! I was on the 2nd floor so was over the bar where there was a DJ playing music till 3am. Very little choice for breakfast.
Need to sort out the plumbing, the notice in the room is right, you really do have to allow the water to run for 10 minutes before it gets hot.
Trying to get to sleep with the noise from the downstairs bar was impossible.
The disco went on until 1.30am and could be heard clearly in the room.
The taps had to be left running for 5 mins for hot water. The breakfast room was dark.
Draught at front door really needs to be sorted.
Rooms wee bit dated but they were clean. Room was above the bar/nightclub so was quite noisy but we didn't mind. Wouldn't really suit a family stay if they were staying on a weekend night.

Noise of beer kegs delivery 4 am as we were located in room 24 onto the back of the building.
exposed car park i had my front passenger window smashed by a couple of teenage thugs they stole my sat nav and a very expensive coat which was later burned as i was informed by the local police the sat nav was worth about £80 the coat was valued at about the same and i had to pay £75 excess for the glass to be replaced and my insurance no claims will probably suffer.
