There is free WiFi throughout the property. The property offers standard Hampstead apartments or superior College Park apartments. Each apartment has 5 en-suite bedrooms with a shared living area and tea/coffee making facilities. The campus features an on-site laundrette, a lively bar and a modern leisure centre. The centre includes a fitness suite and a swimming pool. Please note that there is an additional charge for the use of the gym and swimming pool. There are many tourist attractions in the vicinity including Glasnevin Cemetery and the National Botanic Gardens. The Omni Shopping Centre and Omniplex Cinema are 20 minutes' walk away and Drumcondra and Croke Park are a 5-minute drive away.

Although not in the center of Dublin it was a short and inexpensive cab ride away from O'Connell street and had frequent city buses you could also ride into town. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the facilities were extremely nice, it was a great value for the price. It was alittle way out of the city so nice and quiet and excellent bus service to the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well serviced. The breakfast choice was excellent and the staff were very attentive.

The hotel is clean and the atmosphere is great, it is really a university campus, a bit far from the city centre but easily reacheable by buses (be careful coming back late in the night as buses stop around 11p.m, too early for Dublin! you need to get a taxi). we were alone on our floor and change of towels everyday. the distance to city centre and from airport was great. the kitchen was really big and had sofas in and was clean but no plates or hot water tap in kitchen so had to boil water to wash the mugs when used. Cheap and cheerful. The room and breakfast were basic but all we needed.The staff were friendly and the buses to the city centre were frequentand cheap.Location was good and plenty of bus links into the City. Also felt safe. Value to money. It's probably the best offer in Dublin.Cheap and basic but just what we required. Internet service went down about halfway through my stay which was inconvenient, because having somewhere to check email and do some minimal trip-related web surfing was definitely a strong benefit during the first half of the stay.I'ts a bit cramped, but sufficcient for one person. When staying in College Park twin rooms you don't have sharing kitchenand other facilities, they don't accept AmEx, no Nightlink buses, if youfly to late at night you have to take taxi from airport. There was one toilet in one room not flushing, which was not handled appropiately. lack of bus service to airport. no tv. Again, had I known of the varied levels of comfort, I may have chosen a more expensive room. it was difficult to find the reception area dealing with accommodation.The availabity from the airport }better information about the lines and stop where to leave would be welcome. Size of bed. Walk to room from reception. No cutlery or so in kitchen. Either take your fork, spoon and cooking pot from home or buy them in Dublin if you want to cook. Rooms are very basic but expected with the low price.No being able to get anything to eat on site after 5.30pm, no TV or common room to meet anyone else who was staying over so it was a long, lonely, hungry, evening. Bathroom facilities were basic but functional.Accomodation not easy to find dcu is big!!. lack of curtains, the blinds were very thin. I left early in the morning because I had a flight for the UnitedStates, but there was no way I could get some food in advance with thebreakfast voucher they gave me... If you are a budget traveller and don't mindbeing treated like a student, then dcu is for you. The matress in my room was in a bad condition. It made my back pain worse.No coffee and tea facilities, no duvet cover but only a sheet: not very hygienic, noise from other rooms. The bed was small and the room sterile in appearance.I never could find the openinghours for the breakfast. The last day, we slept longer and first wanted to tidy up our room and check out, which made us too late for breakfast. showers weren't too great. Otherwise good value and a nice surrounding. the incapacitiy of the staff to handle short-term-booking. They had problems in the kitchen and asked the full price for breakfast, nevertheless, though they did not serve full breakfast. nothing was provided in kitchen, not even glasses, forks, etc...This would help a lot; the kitchen is good but we cannot actually used it much!. the beds were tiny and uncomfortable. we had back pains and kept tossing and turning. room was slightly different to what we excepted due to info on website. tv was the smallest i ever seen. The noisy foreign students across the courtyard kept us awake at night.We did have to complain but it took 2 days before things quietened down.This was a shame as we were trying to have a relaxing holiday.More precise information on directions would have been helpful i.e. which buses go to the university and which pass via the airport. We were adviced to catch a taxi but there was no need as plenty of buses passed near to the university on the way to/from the airport. Living in a dorms with lots of students (parties during night). It's quite far away from the center. A little further from Dublin City Centre than I expected so it becamequite expensive for taxi rides. Bed was terrible, reception was poorly signposted, no tv, quite far away from services.

The closest bars to the university are a 5-minute walk away from the accommodation. Dublin Bus offer a bus service in and out of the city every 5 minutes, so whether on campus or in the city, the choice is all yours.

Please note the office closes at 22:00. If you wish to arrive later, let the property know so they can make sure there is someone on site when you arrive.
